F.B. Rogers Silver Co., of Taunton, MA was a well known maker of silver and silver plate in the 1800s-1900s. The word ‘quadruple’ in the stamp indicates it was quadruple-plated. This was uncommon after 1900, as most later pieces were only double- or triple-plated, which is less durable.
